Delete your account and data

EPS PayMate AI lets you delete your account and all your data at any time. You can do it yourself in the app, or email us if you can no longer open the app.

Delete your whole account (in the app)

  1. Open EPS PayMate AI and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Go to Profile, then the Account section.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap the red delete button.

This is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no recovery period.

What gets deleted

Your account login, profile (name, visa type, hourly rate, payday, country, language, profile photo), all work logs, goal logs, budget entries, remittance records, AI usage records, and any data stored on your device. Payslip photos are never stored. They are sent to our AI provider for reading only, then discarded right after.

Delete only some data (keep your account)

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove information. Inside the app you can delete individual work log days, budget expenses, and remittance entries directly (swipe or tap to delete). The change syncs and the removed entry is gone.

Can't open the app? Email us

If you have already removed the app or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete your account and data for you. Send the request from the email address on your account and include the word "Delete" in the subject line.

What we keep, and for how long

When you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days. Routine encrypted backups may hold a copy for a short time before they cycle out, which is standard industry practice. We do not keep your data after that, and we never sell your information.
